Professional management fee covers:​

  • Conceptualization of the theme or concept.

  •  Show and event choreography.

  •  Briefing of graphics and design.

  •  Follow –up of all elements.

  •  Sourcing of promotional elements, conference material, clothing for delegates, gifts etc.

  •  Delegate registrations, registration communication, special requests

  •  On-site registration and welcome.

  •  Staff representation for the full duration of an event.

  •  Regular updated status reports.

  •  Venue sourcing.

  •  Venue liaison to co-ordinate accommodation, banqueting, room hire, entertainment,  on-site transport of delegates, technical support and any other special requests. 

  • Implementation of audiovisual, sound, lighting & any specialrequirements for all presentation rooms and entertainment.

  • Co-ordination and implementation of staging for all presentations                                          and entertainment requirements.

  • Creation and production of concept linked through all areas of the event                  including the evening entertainment.  

  • Co-ordination and assistance in the production & collation of allcollateral requirements.

  • Establish branding and signage requirements for the event and to liaise with agency on production and delivery within approved timing schedule.

  • Management of the budget to ensure cost-effective delivery.

  • Administrative, telephone, fax, email, paper and office consumables costs.

  • All client and agency meetings.
